摘要 气相色谱/质谱联用技术因分离效能高、分析速度快和样品用量少等优点,成为应用最为广泛的检测技术之一,其将气相色谱高效的分离技术和质谱高灵敏度的定性检测技术相结合,特别适合于复杂组分检测及未知物的定性鉴别。本文重点对一维气相色谱/质谱联用(GC/MS)技术及全二维气相色谱/飞行时间质谱联用(GC×GC/TOFMS)技术在各个领域的应用研究进行了综述,并将GC/MS与GC×GC/TOFMS进行了比较,为气质联用技术的进一步应用与发展提供借鉴。 Due to the high separation efficiency,fast analysis speed and low sample consumption,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry technology has become one of the most widely used detection technologies.It combines the high-efficiency separation technology of gas chromatography with the high-sensitivity qualitative detection technology of mass spectrometry,which is especially suitable for the detection of complex components and the qualitative identification of unknowns.This paper focuses on the application research of one-dimensional gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) technology and comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography/time-of-flight mass spectrometry (GC×GC/TOFMS) technology in various fields,and compares GC/MS with GC/TOFMS,which provide reference for further application and development of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry technology.
