摘要 通过对应用型本科自动化专业开展产教融合协同育人发展的必要性分析,以产业需求为导向,研究如何结合院校及地方实际情况,细化专业教学质量标准,优化校内外实践教学模式和课程体系,完善激励和考核机制,探索提高应用型工程人才的创新实践能力培养的途径,切实提高学生的职场竞争力。 Based on the analysis of the necessity of the development of the integration of production and teachingfor the application-oriented undergraduate automation specialty and the industry demand as the guidance,this paperstudies how to combine the actual situation of local schools and locality,refine the professional teaching quality standards,optimize the practice teaching model and curriculum system in and out of school,improve the incentive and assessmentmechanism,explore ways to improve the innovative and practical ability of Applied Engineering talents,and effectivelyimprove the competitiveness of students in the workplace.
