摘要
目的探讨LED红蓝光照射治疗创伤性感染伤口的临床效果。方法自2015年2月至2017年11月,对收治的93例创伤性感染伤口患者采用随机数字表法将其分为红蓝光组、红光组和蓝光组,每组各31例。3组均予以常规清创换药治疗,其中红蓝光组分别予以蓝光和红光照射;红光组仅予以红光照射;蓝光组仅予以蓝光照射。照射10 d为1个疗程,照射1、2个疗程。于照射第3、7、10天,比较3组的细菌转阴率、创面面积缩小率、创面完全愈合时间、伤口的疼痛评分、创面的温度和照射后不良反应。结果治疗第3、7、10天,红蓝光组和蓝光组细菌转阴率高于红光组(P<0.05);创面面积缩小率:红蓝光组>红光组>蓝光组(P<0.05);创面完全愈合时间:红蓝光组<红光组<蓝光组(P<0.05);红蓝光组伤口疼痛评分低于红、蓝光两组(P<0.05)。治疗后3组创面温度组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对感染性创面予以红蓝光联合照射,较单纯红光或蓝光照射更能有效促进伤口愈合,减轻伤口疼痛。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of LED red/blue light irradiation in the treatment of traumatic infected wounds. Methods Ninety-three patients with traumatic infected wounds who were treated from February 2015 to November 2017 were divided into a red/blue-light combined therapy group, a red-light group and a blue-light group, according to the random number table method, with 31 cases in each group. The three groups of patients were treated with conventional debridement and dressing therapy. The red/blue-light combined therapy group was irradiated with blue light and red light. The red-light group was irradiated with red light. The blue-light group was irradiated with blue light. The treatment lasted 10 days for a course. All three groups of patients were irradiated for 1 or 2 courses. On the 3 rd, 7 th, and 10 th days after irradiation, the bacterium negative rate, negative rate of bacteria, wound contraction ratio, total wound healing time, pain scores, temperature of the wound, and adverse reactions were compared among the three groups. Results On the 3 rd, 7 th, and 10 th day after irradiation, the bacterium negative rate in the red/blue-light combined therapy group and blue-light group was higher than that in the red-light group(P〈 0.05). The wound contraction ratio in the red/blue-light combined therapy group was higher than that in the red-light group, and the wound contraction ratio in the red-light group was higher than that in the blue-light group(P〈 0.05). The total wound healing time in the red/blue-light combined therapy group was longer than in the red-light group, and the total wound healing time in the red-light group was longer than in the blue-light group(P〈 0.05). The pain score in the red/blue-light combined therapy group was lower than that in the red-light group and blue-light group(P〈 0.05).There was no significant difference in wound temperature among the three groups after treatment(P〉 0.05).
