复方倍他米松局部皮损内注射联合5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗囊肿性痤疮的疗效观察

摘要 目的探讨复方倍他米松局部皮损内注射联合5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗囊肿性痤疮的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取2017年7月至2019年1月本院收治的56例囊肿性痤疮患者作为研究对象,随机分为光动力组与联合组,每组28例。光动力组给予5-氨基酮戊酸光动力(5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy,ALA-PDT)治疗,联合组在光动力组基础上给予局部皮损内注射复方倍他米松治疗。比较两组治疗前后皮损个数、临床疗效及不良反应。结果治疗后,两组粉刺、丘疹、脓疱、囊肿、结节个数均少于治疗前,且联合组少于光动力组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组治疗总有效率为100.0%,明显高于光动力组的78.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方倍他米松局部皮损内注射联合5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗囊肿性痤疮安全、有效,不良反应发生少,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of compound betamethasone injection with 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy in the treatment of cystic acne.Methods 56 patients with cystic acne who were admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into the photodynamic group and the combined group,with 28 cases in each group.The photodynamic group was treated with photodynamic therapy with 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy(ALA-PDT),and the combined group was treated with local intralesional injection of compound betamethasone on the basis of the photodynamic group.The number of skin lesions,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the numbers of acne,papules,pustules,cysts,and nodules in the two groups were less than before treatment,and the combined group was less than the photodynamic group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was 100.0%,which was significantly higher than 78.6%in the photodynamic group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound betamethasone injection with ALA-PDT in the treatment of cystic acne is safe and effective,with few adverse reactions,and it is worthy of clinical application.
