摘要
目的观察血站采血工作中应用细节管理的效果。方法本实验选取2016年6~12月到本血站采血献血者260例,接受传统常规护理管理,将其设定为参照组;同时选取2017年1~6月期间到本血站采血献血者260例,接受细节管理,将其设定为研究组,对比不同组别献血者的护理管理合格率、不良反应发生情况及满意程度等。结果研究组献血者的满意程度和护理管理合格率均明显高于参照组,同时研究组献血者的不良反应发生率更低于参照组(P <0.05),研究组献血者不良反应控制更好。结论在血站采血工作中应用细节管理能够为献血者提供更高质量的采血服务,能够从根本上控制护理管理差错及不良反应的发生,该管理方法更能够达到献血者的护理管理要求,应用价值突出。
Objective To observe the effect of detail management in application of blood collection of blood station. Methods 260 blood donors in our blood station from June to December 2016 were selected as the reference group and they were given traditional routine nursing management.Meanwhile,260 blood donors in our blood station from January to June 2017 were selected as the research group and they were given detail management.Qualified rate of nursing management,occurrence of adverse reactions and satisfaction degree of blood donors in two groups were compared. Results The satisfaction degree and qualified rate of nursing management of blood donors in the research group were both significantly higher than those in the reference group.And incidence of adverse reactions of blood donors in the research group was lower than that of the reference group ( P 〈 0.05).Blood donors in the research group could better control adverse reactions. Conclusion Application of detail management in blood collection of blood station can provide blood donors with higher-quality blood collection services and can fundamentally control the occurrence of nursing management errors and adverse reactions.This management method can better meet the requirements of nursing management of blood donors,which has outstanding application value.
