摘要
目的探析健康教育干预在阴道炎患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取2017年4月~2018年4月我院收治的64例阴道炎患者为主要研究对象,随机分组,各32例。对照组和观察组分别实施常规护理、常规护理+健康教育,对比护理效果。结果两组患者的焦虑、抑郁负面情绪较护理前均明显改善,且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的治疗依从性明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的健康知识知晓评分和各项自我管理能力评分均明显高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对阴道炎患者实施健康教育干预,可改善患者的负面情绪,提升健康知识知晓率和依从性,同时可以提升患者的自我管理能力,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of health education intervention on the nursing of vaginitis patients. Methods From April 2017 to April 2018, 64 patients with vaginitis treated in our hospital were selected as the main study subjects and randomly divided into 32 patients. The control group and the observation group were given routine care, routine care + health education, and the effect of care was compared. Results The negative emotions of anxiety and depression in both groups were significantly improved compared with those before nursing, and the observation group was significantly better than the control group (P〈0.05); the treatment compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P〈0.05); The knowledge scores of health knowledge and self-management ability scores were significantly higher than those of the control group, with significant differences (P〈0.05). Conclusion The implementation of health education intervention on patients with vaginitis can improve the patient's negative emotions, improve the awareness of health knowledge and compliance, and at the same time can improve the patient's self-management ability, worthy of promotion.
