大学生生殖健康知信行与性健康教育调查 被引量:27

Survey on knowledge,attitude and behavior about reproductive health and sex health education of college students

摘要 目的:了解大学生生殖健康知识、态度及行为,引导正确的性健康知识,为高校试点开设性健康教育课程提供依据。方法:于2014年10月和2015年3月分两阶段进行问卷调查,抽取某高校431名新生为对象,再结合访谈对学生进行深入了解。结果:9. 5%的大学生对生殖健康知识知晓较多,46. 2%知晓一部分,34. 3%知晓很少,尤其是女学生对我国重点预防性病和乙类传染性病相关知识的知晓人数占比均不足10. 0%。课程前16. 7%大学生性行为会采取避孕措施、21. 8%可接受未婚先孕、64. 7%贞操对男女均重要、70. 1%人工流产对身体伤害大、57. 1%有必要开展生殖健康教育,课程后分别为24. 9%、9. 1%、83. 0%、92. 5%、88. 1%,差异均具有统计学意义(all P <0. 05)。大学生获取生殖健康知识主要通过广告传单/册子、互联网/电视/媒体、书籍/杂志/报刊的途径,均> 50. 0%,且不同类别学生获取生殖健康知识的途径存在较大差异(P <0. 05)。性健康教育得分比较发现,课程后性教育自评得分均高于课程前的得分,其中课程前男生HIV传播知识得分(1. 65±0. 61)低于女生(1. 73±0. 77),课程后男生得分(2. 11±0. 87)高于女生(1. 89±0. 90),差异均具有统计学意义(all P <0. 05),课程前后男女大学生性心理知识得分均有提高,仍处于较低水平,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论:大学生生殖健康知识知晓情况较低、性态度宽容、性行为发生率较高,因此,有计划地为大学生安排性健康教育课程,提高大学生的健康素质十分必要。 Objective:To understand the reproductive health knowledge, attitude and behavior of college students, in order topromote the correct knowledge of sexual health and provide basis for the pilot open health education courses in colleges and universities. Methods: 431 freshmen in a university were surveyed with questionnaires combined with interviews from October 2015 to March 2016 by a two-stage survey. Results:9. 5% , 46.2% and 34. 3% of college students were aware of most, part of and little reproductive health knowledge respectively. The awareness rate on knowledge about prevention of major andclass B sexually transmitted diseases in female students was less than 10. 0%. Before taking the courses, 16. 7% of students would take contraceptives, 21.8% of students thought premarital pregnancy was acceptable, 64.7% of students believed chastity was important to both male and female,70. 1% of students knew that abortion would cause large physical injury,57. 1% of students believed it was necessary to carry out reproductive health education, but the proportion was 24. 9%, 9. 1%, 83.0%, 92. 5% and 88.1% respectively after taking the courses, all with statistically significant differences ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The proportions of students obtained knowledge of reproductive health mainly through advertising leaflets / brochures, Interact / TV / media, books/ magazines/ newspapers were all over 50% , and there were significant differences in the way of obtaining reproductive health knowledge among different students( P 〈 0. 05 ). The scores of sexual health education among students were improved after taking the courses. The score of HIV knowledge of male students was ( 1.65 ± 0. 61 ) before taking the course, lower than that of female students of ( 1.73 ± 0. 77) , but after taking the courses, the score of male students was (2. 11 ±0. 87), higher than that of female students of ( 1.89 ±0. 90), all with sta- tistically significant differences (all P 〈 0. 05 ).
