摘要
妇科阴道炎疾病患者除了生理层面的不适感之外,还有可能因对疾病了解程度不足而滋生诸多心理问题,可能导致未能及时就医而加剧症状,甚至造成不可挽回(如失去生育能力)的严重后果。近年来,临床已经认识到心理干预对于疾病治疗的重要作用,其中的关键内容在于:通过健康教育,帮助患者提高对疾病本身、疾病成因、疾病治疗、疾病护理等内容的了解深度,使患者能够以正确的态度配合治疗,最终达到早日康复、尽快回归正常生活的目的。在此基础上,本文对近年来有关健康教育路径应用于妇科阴道炎疾病临床护理的文献资料进行梳理,总结了进展情况,供参考。
In addition to the physical discomfort,patients with gynecologic vaginitis may also have many psychological problems due to insufficient understanding of the disease,which may lead to failure to seek medical treatment in time and aggravate symptoms,and even cause irreversible serious consequences(such as loss of fertility).In recent years,the clinic has recognized the important role of psychological intervention in disease treatment,and the key content is to help patients improve their understanding of the disease itself,disease causes,disease treatment,disease care and other contents through health education,so that patients can cooperate with treatment with a correct attitude,and finally achieve the goal of recovering as soon as possible and returning to normal life as soon as possible.On this basis,this paper combs the literature about the application of health education pathway in clinical nursing of gynecologic vaginitis in recent years,and summarizes the progress for reference.
