纳米支架材料在骨组织工程应用中的优势 被引量:8

摘要 支架材料是骨组织工程的重要组成部分,在其中扮演着至关重要的角色。适宜的支架材料能模拟细胞在体内生长的微环境,为细胞在体外的生长、增殖以及分化提供适宜的环境。纳米材料不仅满足做为支架材料的基本要求,还可进行材料表面设计、做为药物载体,在骨组织工程应用中有独特优势。本文旨在对纳米材料在骨组织工程应用中的基本特性和优势进行一综述。
