摘要
树突状细胞(DC)是目前所知体内最强的专职抗原提呈细胞,系连接固有免疫与适应性免疫的主要桥梁。新近的研究提示,生物材料对DC免疫功能的效应是决定生物材料发挥作用的重要因素。本文重点介绍生物材料物理化学特性对DC免疫功能的影响及其受体途径、信号通路,为深入理解生物材料与机体免疫系统的相互作用提供理论依据,并为生物材料的设计及选择开辟新途径。
Dendritic cells(DC)are the most potent antigen-presenting cells(APC)that can activate naive T cell and bridge innate and adaptive immunity.Recently,the potential interaction of DC with biomaterials appears to be to some extent critical for exerting the function of biomaterials.Herein we summarized the effects of physical as well as chemical properties of biomaterials on the immune function of DC together with their receptor and signaling pathway.This review might provide a fully understanding of the interaction of DC with biomaterials,and a new idea for the design and selection of biomaterials.
