中华文化表现出持久的生命力,其丰富内涵在于以情感的吸引力为凝聚力,以智慧的开拓力为创造力,以发展的支撑力为生命力.中华民族精神是中华文化的精髓,民族精神中的核心是其中的哲理,主要包括：全局地、有联系地观察与处理问题的整体观,长远地、发展地观察与处理问题的变化观,深入地、辩证地观察与处理问题的本质观.而“三观一体”是不同哲学流派体现出的共同特征.世界观、人生观、价值观渗透在中华文化的优秀传统和精神命脉中.社会主义核心价值体系,是人文精神与科学精神、传统文化与时代精神的交融,是我们的兴国之魂.
Chinese culture has shown lasting vitality. Its rich connotation lies in the cohesion in emotional appeal; the wisdom in the development of creativity; the vitality in supporting capacity. Chinese national spirit is the essence of Chinese culture. The core of the national spirit is its philosophy,mainly including： global observation and treatment of problems related to the overall view,the change concept for the long-term development of observation and dealing with the problem ,the outlook on nature for thoroughly dialectical observation and dealing with the problem. the Three Concept in One is a common feature reflecting different philosophical schools . World outlook,outlook on life,values permeate in the fine tradition of the Chinese culture and the spirit of arteries. The socialist core value system,is the integration between humanistic spirit and scientific spirit of traditional culture and the spirit of the times,which is the soul of our country.
