摘要
大数据发展给传统的舆情决策支持系统带来严峻挑战。本文从决策支持系统基础研究、大数据与决策支持相关研究、社会舆情决策支持相关研究三个层面对国内外大数据背景下的舆情决策支持文献进行了梳理、分析和评述。
