摘要
目的:探讨针对性远程护理在门诊治疗肾结石的效果。方法:收治肾结石患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规门诊指导护理,观察组采用基于"肾结石病因分析"的针对性远程护理。结果:观察组症状缓解率、护理满意度、疾病认知度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组复发率、并发症率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对性远程护理在门诊治疗肾结石过程中效果显著。
Objective：To explore the application effect of targeted telenursing in outpatient treatment of renal calculi.Methods：100 patients with renal calculi were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given routine outpatient guidance nursing,while the observation group was given targeted telenursing based on ＂etiological analysis of renal calculi＂.Resuhs：In the observation group,the remission rate of symptoms,nursing satisfaction and disease awareness were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈 0.05）.The recurrence rate and complication rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：The application effect of targeted telenursing in outpatient treatment of renal calculi was significant.
