摘要
目的探讨医护联合门诊模式在心内科优质护理中的应用效果。方法 2016年1月心内科门诊开展医护联合模式,医生和专科护士共处同一间诊室、同步就诊,护士协助医生进行问诊、生命体的测量、检查指导、用药指导、预约挂号等一系列工作,同时开展有效的健康宣教,优化护理服务流程。抽取2016年1月—12月心内科门诊就医患者400例,记录预约挂号情况,调查患者遵医行为知晓情况和对门诊护理服务的满意度,并与2015年1月—12月开展医护联合模式前就医患者400例进行比较。结果开展医护联合模式后,心内科门诊患者预约挂号比例较开展前上升(78.00%vs.31.50%,P<0.01)。开展后患者用药、饮食、戒烟等遵医行为知晓率高于开展前(P<0.01),对门诊护理服务满意度较开展前上升(P<0.01)。结论医护联合模式能够改善心内科门诊就诊环境和就诊秩序,改善了医、护、患关系,切实地深化了优质护理服务内涵。
Objective To evaluate the application of the high quality nursing service by using doctor-nurse united model in the outpatient clinic of cardiology. Methods The doctor-nurse united model had been set up in outpatient clinic of cardiology since January 2010. In the same clinic,nurses assisted the doctor to complete the medical consulting,vital sign monitoring,health check,medication instruction,and appointment registration,as well as health education,so as to optimize the service progress. Totally 400 patients attending hospital between January 2016 and December 2016 were enrolled. Their appointment registration condition,awareness of medical compliance behavior and satisfactory on clinic service were evaluated and compared with another400 patients attending hospital between January 2015 and December 2015. Results There was an increase of appointment registration rate after implementation of doctor-nurse united model compared with that before implementation( 78. 00% vs. 31. 50%,P < 0. 01). Patients achieve a higher awareness rate on medication,dietary,stopping smoking and other medical compliance behavior( P < 0. 01),and more satisfied with the nursing service after implementation of doctornurse united model( P < 0. 01). Conclusion The doctor-nurse united model is an effective tool to improve the quality of nursing service in outpatient clinic of cardiology.
