摘要
实施乡村振兴战略是决胜全面建成小康社会、全面建设社会主义现代化国家的重大历史任务,是新时代"三农"工作的总抓手。改革农业职业经理人培育机制是实施乡村振兴战略的重要抓手。四川现代农业职业教育集团组建农业职业经理人学院,以整合资源为核心,创新教育培训机制;以创业联盟为纽带,构建交流学习机制;以创新管理为抓手,创新人才培养机制。这些措施有效服务了区域经济发展、推进科技成果转化、拓展学历教育通道、完善运营管理机制。
The implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization is a major historical task for the decisive victory of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and comprehensively building a socialist modern country. The reform and development of education and cultivation of agricultural professional manager is the key to implement the strategy of rural revitalization. It is very important to cultivate agricultural professional managers to implement the strategy of rural revitalization. Sichuan Modern Agriculture Vocational Education Group establishes agricultural professional manager college and regards integrating resources as the core to innovate the education and training mechanism, regards entrepreneurial alliance as the link to construct exchange and learning mechanism, regards the innovation and management as the carrier to innovate the talent cultivation mechanism, which has effectively served the regional economic development, promoted the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, expanded the channel of degree education as well as improved the operation and management mechanism.
