SBEM蛋白在乳腺癌患者外周血中的表达及临床相关性研究

摘要 目的:探讨乳腺小黏蛋白(SBEM)水平在乳腺癌患者外周血中的表达及临床相关性。方法:选取本院60例乳腺癌患者,将其作为观察组。同时选取同期来本院体检的60例健康者,将其作为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附法测定两组人群血清SBEM水平,分析SBEM水平在乳腺癌患者外周血中的表达及意义。结果:观察组患者的SBEM水平(46.67±4.02)ng/mL高于对照组(18.56±4.67)ng/mL,差异有统计学意义(t=5.764,P <0.05)。乳腺癌患者SBEM水平与临床分期及腋窝淋巴结状态相关,且呈现正相关(P <0.05)。但SBEM水平与年龄、组织学分级、病理学类型、肿瘤最大径及基因分型无关(P>0.05)。结论:乳腺小黏蛋白(SBEM)水平可反映乳腺癌患者临床分期及腋窝淋巴结情况,可作为乳腺癌病情发展及预后的参考指标之一。
