摘要 文中根据压电超声、电磁超声、漏磁检测、远场涡流的技术原理,分析了4种技术的适用范围和应用现状,对内检器性能进行了对比,根据某天然气管网的具体工况和要求,选择了合适的检测方法,并制定了优化的检测方案。 In accordance with the piezoelectric ultrasound, electromagnetic ultrasound, magnetic leakage detection, remotefield eddy current technology principles, the application scope and application status of four technologies were analyzed, the per-formance of internal inspector was compared. According to the specific working conditions and requirements of a natural gas pipe-line network, an appropriate detection method was selected and the optimized detection scheme was formulated.
