摘要
通过分析脉冲涡流检测信号,发现在双对数坐标系中,中期信号直线段的截距与提离高度之间存在幂函数关系,提出了保温层厚度测量的新方法。经过试验验证,该方法不受被测构件壁厚和发射电压影响,具有稳定性高的特点,扩充了脉冲涡流检测技术的应用范围,提高了利用脉冲涡流检测技术穿透保温层检测管道或设备壁厚的准确性。
It is found that there is a power function relationship between the medium signal intercept and the lift-off in the log-log coordinate system through analysis of the pulsed eddy current signal,and a new method for measuring the insulation layer thickness was proposed.The experimental results show that the method is not affected by the wall thickness and excitation voltage of the component,and it has the characteristics of high stability.This method extends the application range of pulsed eddy current technology and improves the accuracy of detecting the wall thickness of pipeline or equipment through the insulation layer using pulsed eddy current detection technology.
