摘要 针对油气管道常见的腐蚀检测主要分内检测和外检测,出于不停机降本增效的目的,选择采用外检测方式对某化工企业油气管道进行超声导波+电磁超声组合的腐蚀扫查,实践应用表明,采用超声导波+电磁超声的组合手段是一种较高效的腐蚀检测技术。 The common corrosion testing of oil and gas pipelines mainly includes internal detection and external detection.For the purpose of reducing cost and increasing efficiency without stopping the machine,the external detection method is selected to conduct the corrosion scanning of oil and gas pipelines of a chemical enterprise with the combination of ultrasonic guided wave+electromagnetic ultrasound.The practical application shows that the combination of ultrasonic guided wave+electromagnetic ultrasound is a relatively efficient corrosion testing technology.
