摘要
在装配式混凝土结构中,预制部分与后浇混凝土界面性能对结构的整体受力影响显著。为分析高温后界面的性能,将复杂界面简化为内聚力模型(CZM),通过界面高温后抗剪试验,确立了内聚力模型参数,并通过试件整体有限元软件分析,验证了参数取值的合理性。基于试验和分析,给出了不同高温作用后界面的内聚力参数建议值。结果表明:不植筋试件的脆性破坏比较明显,植筋试件的延性破坏比较明显;抗剪刚度和抗剪强度都随着温度的提高在减弱;双线性内聚力模型可以用来模拟混凝土界面的抗剪性能;建议的内聚力参数可供实际抗火设计参考。
In the prefabricated concrete structure, the interfacial properties of the precast part and the post-concrete concrete have a significant influence on the overall structural stress. In order to analyze the interface performance after the elevated temperature, this study simplified the complex interface to the cohesive force model (CZM), and the cohesion force model parameters were established through the interface high temperature and post shear test, and the value of the parameters also proved rational through the finite element software analysis of the whole test piece. Based on the test and analysis, the recommended cohesion force parameters for the interface after different high temperatures were given. The results show that the brittle failure of the non-bar tendon specimen and the ductile failure of the bar tending specimen are obvious, and both the shear stiffness and the shear strength decrease with the increase of the temperature; the bilinear cohesion model can be used to simulate shear properties of the concrete interface; and the suggested cohesion parameters can be referred for the actual fire resistance design.
