摘要
装配整体式混凝土剪力墙结构的设计与建造有别于传统现浇混凝土结构,参建人员需具有一体化、集成化设计能力和统筹协调管理能力。以杭州市某高层装配整体式混凝土剪力墙结构住宅项目为例,系统阐述了装配式结构住宅项目实施全流程;重点介绍了装配整体式剪力墙结构的分析与设计(整体计算分析、连接节点设计、水平连接缝受剪承载力验算),预制构件生产工艺以及现场装配式施工管控要点,为今后同类建设项目提供参考。
The design and construction of monolithic precast concrete shear wall structure is different from that of the cast-in-site concrete structure,because it requires the ability of integrated design and overall coordination from the construction participants.Taking a high-rise residential project with monolithic precast concrete shear wall structure in Hangzhou as an example,the whole implementation process of prefabricated structure residential project was systematically summarized;the analysis and design of monolithic precast concrete shear wall structure(including integral structure calculation,connection joint design,horizontal joint shear capacity calculation),the production process of prefabricated components,and the management points of prefabricated construction were emphatically introduced,providing references for other similar projects.
