摘要 【目的】为解决传统剪力墙钢筋连接施工难度大、工期长、成本高的问题,本研究提出了一种新型装配式环筋扣合锚接混凝土剪力墙结构。【方法】通过对扣合锚接的剪力墙竖向连接形成的暗梁进行受力机理分析。【结果】结果表明:环筋扣合连接的暗梁是由于剪弯段混凝土出现受拉裂缝,钢筋屈服而破坏的,而纯弯段的混凝土始终未达到抗拉和抗压强度,环形钢筋与插筋的交点处形成一根刚性扁担,在两侧环形钢筋受拉时,扁担被插筋箍住而约束其变形,因此承载力增大。【结论】环筋扣合锚接混凝土剪力墙结构受力合理、施工方便。 [Purposes] In order to solve the problems of difficult construction,long construction period and high cost of traditional shear wall reinforcement connection,a new type of prefabricated concrete shear wall structure with annular closed reinforcement is proposed.[Methods] Analyzing the stress mechanism of the concealed beam formed by the vertical connection of the shear wall with buckle and anchor connection.[Findings] The results show that:the hidden beam connected with annular closed reinforcement is damaged by the tensile crack of the concrete in the shear bending section and the yielding of the steel bars.The concrete in the pure bending section has never reached the tensile and compressive strength;A rigid shoulder pole is formed at the intersection of the annular reinforcement and the joint reinforcement.When the annular reinforcement on both sides is tensioned,the shoulder pole is restrained from deformation by the joint reinforcement,thereby increasing its bearing capacity.[Conclusions] It is found that structural connection of concrete shear wall assembled by anchoring closed loop reinforcement is reasonable in force and convenient in construction.
