摘要
针对盾构隧道管片接缝处易出现渗漏的问题,以某工程依托,设计并制作出了弹性复合橡胶密封胶垫对盾构结构接缝处进行防水处理,并对弹性密封胶垫防水效果进行研究。结果表明:试验设计的2种断面形式密封胶垫均表现出良好的压缩密封效果,且渗漏水压造成的密封胶垫压缩量曲线与断面形式无关,能够满足工程盾构隧道管片接缝处防水设计相关闭合压限制。
Given the problem of leakage at the segment joints of shield tunnel,an elastic sealing gasket was designed based on a project,and made to waterproof the joints of shield structure.The waterproof effect of elastic gasket was studied.The results show that the two cross-section gaskets designed in this test show good compression sealing effect,and can meet the closing pressure limit related to waterproof design at segment joints of shield tunnel.At the same time,the gasket compression curve caused by leakage water pressure has nothing to do with the section form,it can meet the closure pressure limit related to waterproof design of segment joints of shield tunnel.
