摘要
本文通过对高职高专学生心态特点和素质特征的概要分析,提出要通过加强德育,提高学生文化素质,加强人文修养,培养综合素质,培养创新能力等来提高学生的综合素质。
The auther generally analyses the students' character Of mentality and quality in higher professional educa- tion.In puts forword that we can raise students' cultural quality,strengthen humanity tuacnlgn,train comprehensire quality,train creatiue ability through sturengthening moral training in order to improue the students comprehensiue quality.
