摘要
目的:研究风湿宁胶囊的大孔树脂纯化工艺。方法:以青藤碱为评价指标,采用单因素实验法考察大孔树脂纯化的工艺参数。结果:D-101型大孔树脂吸附能力最强,上样液浓度为1∶1,上样流速为1 BV·h^(-1),洗脱溶剂为50%的乙醇,洗脱流速为2 BV·h^(-1),洗脱量为10 BV;树脂至少可重复使用5次。结论:对筛选的工艺条件进行验证,青藤碱回收率可达98%,且基本稳定,大孔树脂可用于风湿宁胶囊的纯化。
Objective: To study the purification technology of Fengshining Capsule. Methods: With sinomenine as evaluation index, to study technological parameters of maeroporous resin purification by single factor experiment method. Results: D-101 was chosen to purify, the concentration of loading sample was 1:1, the flowing rate was 1 BV ·h-1; and the eluent solvent was 50% ethanol, the flowing rate was 2 BV · h-l , the eluent amount was 10 BV. The macroporous res- in can be used at least 5 times. Conclusion: The screening conditions was verified, sinomenine recovery rate can reach 98%, and basically stable, macroporous resin can be used for purification of Fengshining Capsule.
