摘要
利用近红外分析法和国标检测法中的石墨炉原子吸收光谱法对大米中重金属元素镉、铅进行测定,并比较、评估快速筛检方法的效果和可操作性。结果表明,日常粮库粮检站、食品加工企业等粮油产品的收储、流通、加工等环节中可采用近红外分析法进行筛检工作,缩短检验时间,是大米中重金属镉、铅快速筛检的可靠工具。
The rapid screening method of near infrared analysis (NIR) and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS) were used to determine and compare the heavy metal elements cadmium and lead in rice and to evaluate the effectiveness and maneuverability of the rapid screening method. Near-infrared analysis method could be used to screen the grain and oil products in the daily grain depot, food processing enterprises, food processing enterprises and so on, which could shorten the inspection time and be the heavy metal cadmium in rice. A reliable tool for rapid screening of lead.
