摘要
近年来,“问题豆芽”事件屡屡发生,豆芽中药物残留检测有待加强。基于此,本文介绍了豆芽中药物残留的种类、作用及危害,综述了豆芽中药物残留检测的高效液相色谱法、气相色谱法、液相色谱-质谱法、气相色谱-质谱法等方法的应用现状,以供参考。
In recent years,“problem bean sprouts”incidents have occurred repeatedly,and the detection of drug residues in bean sprouts needs to be strengthened.Based on this,this paper introduces the types,functions and hazards of drug residues in bean sprouts,and summarizes the application status of high performance liquid chromatography,gas chromatography,liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and other methods for the detection of drug residues in bean sprouts for reference.
