摘要
居住区建筑物理性能和微气候环境是衡量居住区设计合理性、宜居性的重要依据,数字仿真技术是模拟分析建筑物理环境性能的有效手段。以广东省江门市某居住区初步规划设计为例,采用Ecotect Analysis软件对场地气候环境与被动设计策略、建筑最佳朝向、日照与遮挡、绿化植物配置和室内天然采光等方面进行了仿真分析,对各分析结果在居住区规划设计优化中的应用进行了研究和探讨。
The physical performance and microclimate of residential buildings are the important basis to measure the rationality and habitability of residential design. The preliminary planning and design of a residential project in Jiangmen, Guangdong province are analyzed. Ecotect analysis software is utilized for a battery of simulation analysis including regional climate conditions and passive design strategies, building optimum orientation, sunshine and shade, green plant selection and indoor daylighting. The optimization of planning and design in residential area is discussed according to the analysis results.
