摘要
在为居住者提供高质量环境的同时降低能耗,已成为建筑设计阶段值得考虑的重要目标。为了满足建筑节能降耗、室内采光充足的要求,本文采用建筑环境性能模拟与多目标优化筛选相结合的方法。结果表明,该方法能以较少的时间和计算量解决优化问题,为建筑师基于特定环境目标的设计策略优化提供了一种快速、易于实现的工具。青岛地区居住建筑尚以老旧小区为主,仍未拥有绿色建筑的概念。现代居住建筑以营利为目的,使其建筑的能耗不降反增。因此,居住建筑的能源高消耗是近些年需要重点着手解决的问题。本文以居住建筑单元为切入点,利用Ladybug、Honeybee等模拟软件,对青岛地区室内建筑的节能与采光进行优化分析,通过对建筑层高、建筑遮阳数量、建筑朝向、建筑窗墙比等变量之间的模拟,找出一套适用于青岛地区的室内节能方式。
Reducing energy consumption while providing high quality environment for residents has become an important goal worthy of consideration in the architectural design stage.In order to meet the requirements of building energy saving and adequate indoor lighting,the method of building environmental performance simulation combined with multi-objective optimization screening is adopted.The results show that this method can solve the optimization problem with less time and computation,and provide a fast and easy tool for architects to optimize design strategies based on specific environmental objectives.The residential buildings in Qingdao area are mainly old residential areas,and they still don’t have the concept of green buildings.The purpose of modern residential buildings is to make profits,which makes the building energy consumption increase instead of decrease.High energy consumption of residential buildings has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper takes the residential building units as the starting point,uses Ladybug,Honeybee and other simulation software to optimize and analyze the indoor building energy saving and lighting in Qingdao area,and then simulates the different variables including height,shading quantity,building orientation,window and wall ratio,etc.,so as to find a set of indoor energy saving method suitable for Qingdao area.
