摘要
文章提出理论假设,构建Ordered Logit模型,基于收入分配公平满意度问卷调查数据,对资本异质性与收入分配公平满意度关系进行了实证研究。研究结果表明:(1)人力资本对分配公平满意度有显著的影响。其中,居民受教育年限越长、健康状况和职业技能越好,其分配公平满意度越高;与城镇居民、男性相比,农村居民、女性受教育年限越长,其分配公平满意度越高。(2)物质资本对分配公平满意度有显著的影响。其中,住房拥有完全产权的居民,其分配公平满意度显著高于住房无完全产权的居民。(3)政治资本对分配公平满意度有显著的正向影响。其中,职务等级越高,居民分配公平满意度越高;党派成员、乡村干部的分配公平满意度显著高于非党派成员和普通农民。(4)社会资本对分配公平满意度有显著的正向影响。其中,在外就餐频率越高,对同事与朋友的信任程度越高,居民的分配公平满意度越高;组织成员的分配公平满意度显著高于非组织成员。此外,相对收入、社会保险对分配公平满意度有显著的正向影响。这一研究结果提供了重要的政策启示。
This paper puts forward theoretical hypothesis, constructs Ordered Logit model, and conducts empirical research on the relationship between capital heterogeneity and the satisfaction of income distribution justice based on the questionnaire data. The results show that: (1)Human capital has a significant influence on the satisfaction of distribution justice. Among them, the longer the residents are exposed to education, the better their health status and occupational skills, and the higher their satisfaction of distribution justice. Compared with urban residents and male residents, the rural residents and female residents who have the longer years of education have higher satisfaction of distribution justice. (2)Physical capital has a significant impact on the distribution justice satisfaction. Among them, the residents who own the full property right of the housing have higher satisfaction of distribution justice than those who do not own the complete property right of the housing. (3)Political capital has a significant positive impact on the satisfaction of distribution justice. People who have higher positions enjoy higher satisfaction of distribution justice. The satisfaction of distribution justice of the party members and rural cadres is significantly higher than that of non-party members and ordinary farmers. (4)Social capital has a significant positive impact on the distribution justice satisfaction. People who dine out more frequently, trust their colleagues and friends more enjoy higher satisfaction. The satisfaction of distribution justice of organization members is significantly higher than that of non-organization members. In addition, relative income and social insurance have significant positive effects on the satisfaction of distribution justice. These findings provide important policy implications.
