摘要
该文设计了一种用于砌块行业的码垛机控制系统.该系统使用西门子PLC对伺服电动缸进行夹紧控制,对升降、横移及旋转电机进行变频控制,并采用编码器对升降、横移及旋转位置进行精确测量,实现码垛各个动作的平滑调速,使设备运行更平稳.触摸屏画面的设计,实时监控设备的运行状态和位置,使得人机交互更加友好.该码垛机投入使用后,控制系统性能稳定、码垛周期短,极大地提高了混凝土砌块成型生产线的自动化水平和生产效率.
A block stacker control system used in block industry has been introduced in this paper, which controls clamping action of the servo electric cylinder via SIEMENS PLC, carries out frequency conversion control to the lifting, transversal and rotating motor, as well as conducts accurate measurement on the above-mentioned position by encoder so as to realize the balanced speed regulation of the palletizing actions and the smoothness of equipment operation. The friendly human-machine interaction has been brought about by design of touch-screen, real-time moni- toring of the operation status and location of the device. With the effectiveness of the block stacker, the performance of the control system is stable and the palletizing period is short, which greatly improves the automation level and production efficiency of the concrete block molding production line.
