摘要
本文在分析C型材成型结构框架和下料码垛运行方式的基础上,设计了基于PLC为处理器、触摸屏为人机界面的C型材机下料码垛电气控制系统,可实现C型材切断定位、抓取码垛、调节计数等功能。整个控制系统以PLC为核心控制设备,以触摸屏作为人机交互界面,在C型材成型和下料码垛过程中实现全自动化并实时更新显示码垛状态,通过伺服实现对下料码垛的速度控制和定位控制。实践应用证明,该系统操作简单、运行稳定,现场控制过程良好,能够有效实现自动抓取码垛等工艺流程,能有效解放人工,提高企业的生产效率。
Through studying the C-profile forming structure frame and the operation mode of baiting and stacking,this paper designs an electrical control system which combines the two and takes PLC as the processor and touch screen as the man-machine interface,it can realize C-profile cutting positioning,grabbing and stacking,adjusting counting and other functions.The entire control system realizes full-automation and real-time updates of the stacking status,both the speed and positioning of the process is controlled by a servo motor.Practical applications have verified that the system is simple and stable in operation,and exhibits excellent on-site controlling.It can effectively realize automatic grabbing and stacking and other technological processes,which can greatly liberate labor and boost the production efficiency of enterprises.
