摘要
智能交通管理系统（ITMS）是解决当前交通拥堵、交通事故频发和环境污染严重的有效途径。为发挥ITMS应有的作用，并不断改善各类监控设备的运维管理质量．本文在参照ITMS管理方法的基础上，依照IT基础架构库理念提出ITMS设备运维服务管理流程，并构建了运维管理平台，期望为ITMS可持续发展提供保障。
The use of the Intelligent Traffic Management System （ITMS） is an effective way to solve the current traffic management problems, such as traffic congestion, frequent traffic accidents and serious environmental pollution. In order to give full play to the role of ITMS and continuously improve the quality of operation and maintenance management of various monitoring equipment, this paper proposed a management process for ITMS equipment operation and maintenance services based on the IT infrastructure library concept and built an operation and maintenance management platform to provide guarantee for the sustainable development of ITMS.
