摘要
分析了我国西北部地区煤炭行业人力资源的现状和问题,基于煤炭资源清洁高效利用的人力资源需求,构建了西北部地区煤炭行业从业人员结构体系,并提出了具体的实施路径和政策建议。研究成果期望为我国煤炭行业人力资源结构优化和行业人才培养提供理论支撑。
The authors analyzed the status and problems of human resources of Northwest's coal industry, then established a structural employees system of Northwest coal industry based on the talent requirements for clean and efficient utilization of coal, finally put forward specific implementation paths and policy recommendations. This paper expected to provide a theoretical support for optimization of human resources structure and talents training of China's coal industry.
