摘要
将煤炭企业的员工按职能划分为三个不同的类型,分析了各个类型员工的特点和需求,用人本管理中尊重员工、关心员工、以员工的全面发展为前提的思想,从煤炭企业的人力资源规划、绩效考核与激励、培训开发、企业文化等方面,为各个类型的员工提供更适合各自发展的管理制度和环境氛围,进一步提高煤炭企业的人力资源管理水平。
Based on the functions,the staff of the coal enterprises could be divided into three different types. The paper analyzed the features and requirements of each type staff. With a respect to the staff,care to the staff and the staff full development as the premise of the idea in the people-oriented management,from the human resource planning,performance assessment and encouragement,training and development,enterprise' culture and other aspects of the coal enterprises,the management system and environment atmosphere suitable to each development were provided to each type staff and the human resource management of the coal enterprises were further improved.
