资源型城市碳排放效率动态时空差异及影响机制——以中部6省地级资源型城市为例 被引量:9

Study on Temporal and Spatial Differences of Carbon Emission Efficiency——Based on Cities in Six Provinces of Central China

摘要 资源型城市在保证经济发展的同时实现碳减排,关键在于提高碳排放效率。基于2008~2016年我国中部6省37个地级资源型城市的面板数据,本文采用随机前沿模型对碳排放效率进行研究。研究发现,各个资源型城市的碳排放效率存在显著的时空差异;在历年碳排放效率变化中,河南省和湖南省地级资源型城市的碳排放效率稳定高于平均效率,江西省的资源型城市实现了碳排放效率的快速提高。研究认为,对外开放度和产业结构对碳排放效率的提高具有明显的驱动作用,应当受到政府的重视,积极引进外商投资,并加大对产业结构调整的支持力度。 The key to reduce carbon emissions with economy development for resource-based cities is to improve carbon emissions efficiency. SFA model is used to study the carbon emissions efficiency based on the panel data of 37 prefecture level resourced-based cities in six provinces of Central China from 2008 to 2016, and the results reveal that there are significant differences in spare and time of cities? carbon emissions efficiency. During years of changes in carbon emissions efficiency the carbon emissions efficiency of resourced-based cities in Henan Province and Hunan Province are higher than the average efficiency, and that in Jiangxi Province has achieved a rapid increase. The research suggests that the opening degree and industrial structure should be paid more attention by the government due to their function on promoting the efficiency of carbon emissions, so the government should introduce foreign investment actively, and increase the support for industrial structuring.
