摘要
碳监测评估信息化架构由基础设施层、技术处理层、应用服务层、成果展示层和渠道接入层构成,在应用方向上,致力于为区域、城市、行业、园区、企业等层面提供智慧化的管理和决策工具。为了持续提升碳监测评估信息化的现实应用水平,需要推动数据、信息与业务的交互贯通,全面开展对不同领域的核算方法与模型研究,同时加大信息技术能力建设与核心技术应用,并加强碳评估专业人才培养体系建设。
Carbon monitoring and assessment informatization architecture consists of infrastructure layer,technical processing layer,application service layer,result display layer and channel access layer,in terms of application direction,it is dedicated to providing intelligent management and decision-making tools for regional,city,industry,park,enterprise and other levels.In order to continuously improve the real-life application level of carbon monitoring and assessment informatization,it is necessary to promote the interaction and penetration of data,information and business,comprehensively carry out research on accounting methods and models in different fields,while increase information technology capacity building and core technology application,and strengthen the construction of professional carbon assessment personnel training system.
