河南省制造业碳排放效率及其影响因素研究 被引量:3

摘要 制造业是中国的能源消耗及碳排放大户,其碳排放效率的提升是当前亟待解决的问题。本文使用超效率SBM模型对河南省2010—2019年29个制造业行业的碳排放效率进行测算,并用固定效应模型进一步揭示其影响因素。结果表明,河南省制造业的碳排放效率存在较大差异,年均碳排放效率最高的是石油加工、炼焦及核燃料加工业,最低的是化学纤维制造业;环境规制和企业规模对河南省制造业碳排放效率有显著正向影响,而产权结构和产业结构对其有显著负向影响,禀赋结构影响不显著。因此,扩大企业规模、加大环境规制力度、深化国有企业改革以及推进企业绿色转型进程是未来提升河南省制造业碳排放效率的重要途径。 The manufacturing industry is a major energy consumer and a major carbon emitter in China. Promoting the improvement of manufacturing carbon emission efficiency is a problem that needs to be solved urgently. This paper uses the super-efficiency SBM model to measure the carbon emission efficiency of 29 manufacturing industries in Henan Province from 2010 to 2019, and uses the fixed effects model to further reveal the influencing factors. The results show that there is a big difference in the carbon emission efficiency of the manufacturing industry in Henan Province. The highest average annual carbon emission efficiency is in the petroleum processing, coking and nuclear fuel processing industries, and the lowest is the chemical fiber manufacturing industry. Environmental regulations and enterprise scale have an impact on Henan manufacturing. The carbon emission efficiency of the industry has a significant positive impact, while the property rights structure and industrial structure have a significant negative impact on it, and the endowment structure has no significant impact. Therefore, it is proposed that expanding the scale of enterprises, increasing the intensity of environmental regulation, deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises and promoting the green transformation process of enterprises are important ways to improve the carbon emission efficiency of manufacturing in Henan Province in the future.
