摘要
用运动螺旋表示构件的相对运动得到分支运动螺旋系的反螺旋,它代表分支施加给动平台的结构约束螺旋系,由此导出动平台运动螺旋系,将动平台可以实现的运动螺旋解析地表示成基础运动螺旋系的线性组合,其节距变化范围和轴线分布区域可以用来量化动平台运动范围。导出了动平台运动螺旋的节距与线性组合系数的关系,它们构成了一个三次曲面,螺旋轴线分布区域则随节距变化构成了一个二次曲面族。实例分析了动平台运动螺旋节距的变化曲线和轴线分布曲面的中心与主方向,通过坐标平移和旋转变换将其转换成标准形式,得到动平台运动螺旋节距的变化范围和轴线分布曲面特征。
The reverse helix of the branch motion screw system is obtained, when the motion screw represents the relative motion of the component. This showcases the structure-constraint screw system applied to the moving platform. Thus, the motion screw system of the moving platform is derived. The motion screw realized by the moving platform can be analytically expressed as a linear combination of basic motion screw systems. The pitch range and the axis distribution region are adopted to quantify the motion range of the moving platform. The relationship between the pitch and the linear combination coefficient is given. Based on this, a cubic surface is set up. The distribution region of the axis forms a family of quadric surface. A case study is conducted on the curve of the pitch range and the center and main direction of the axis distribution surface. A standard form is set up, by means of coordinate translation and rotation transformation, and both the range of the twist pitch and the characteristics of the axis distribution surface are obtained.
