摘要
夹套式搅拌反应釜由于传动装置中电机长期工作下搅拌作用产生振动与疲劳。针对搅拌反应釜振动问题,以有限元软件Ansys APDL建模,利用顺序耦合技术进行了有预应力的模态与谐响应分析。分析结果表明,模态分析采用Block Lanczos法提取前6阶固有频率及振型,为谐响应分析提供可靠的分析频率范围;具有预应力谐响应分析得到一系列动力学特性曲线,采用POST26后处理器提取搅拌口凸缘结构、耳座垫板、夹套封头和筒体下封头的最大响应节点处位移频率曲线和应力频率曲线,得出发生共振的频率、共振幅值和共振幅值最大的方位。另分析了其在多种工况下的静态应力场,为搅拌釜的安全可靠运行和进一步优化设计提供理论依据。
The vibration and fatigue of jacket-type stirring reaction kettle always appear because the motor of driving device is in a working state for a long time. Aiming at the vibration problem of stirring reaction kettle, the finite element software Ansys APDL was used to build model, and the modal and harmonic response of prestressed concrete were analyzed by using sequential coupling technique. The analysis results showed that the modal analysis adopted Block Lanczos method to extract the natural frequencies and modes of the first 50-order, and provided a reliable frequency range for harmonic response analysis. A series of dynamic characteristic curves were obtained with prestressed harmonic response analysis. And the POST26 after-processor was used to extract the displacement frequency curve and the stress frequency curve of the maximal response node of the flange structure of the stirring port, ear seat pad, the jacket head and bottom head of cylinder body. Resonant frequency, amplitude of resonance and maximum direction of resonant amplitude were obtained, and the static stress field in various working conditions was analyzed, which could provide a theoretical basis for the safe reliable operation and further optimization design of the stirring kettle.
