摘要
对激励频率下的桥式起重机减速器箱体进行了频率响应分析,得到了箱体各轴承孔处的频率位移响应曲线,并找出了在外部激振力下箱体最大位移响应位置。频响分析结果表明,在规定转速下的齿轮啮合频率可以避开箱体的固有频率,不会引起箱体共振。
The frequency response analysis of gearbox housing of large- sized bridge crane is carried out under the excitation frequency,and the displacement response curves of every bearing bore on the housing and the greatest response position of the housing are obtained. The results show that when the meshing frequencies under the rated speed,the natural frequency of the housing can be avoided and it should not cause the resonance.
