搅拌釜凸缘结构的模态分析及改进设计 被引量:9

摘要 采用通用有限元程序ANSYS12.0,对大型搅拌釜结构进行有限元静力分析和模态分析,得出搅拌釜结构应力分布情况及前5阶固有频率。计算结果表明设备结构强度满足要求,但结构固有频率过于接近系统的激励频率,容易发生共振。通过在搅拌釜凸缘接管处增设加强筋,在满足结构强度情况下,可提高结构的固有频率,降低发生共振的可能性。 Finite element static analysis and modal analysis for the large scale agitated vessel was made by using the finite element soft- ware ANSYS12.0. the stress distribution of the structure and the first five order natural frequency was obtained. The results qualified the stress intensity assessment of structure, but rotation frequency was close to structure natural frequency, and resonance occured possibility.
