摘要
凸缘是球型储罐人孔补强首选的补强结构。通过应用ANSYS有限元软件对多组凸缘结构进行分析比较,提出了一种采用板材制造的新型球罐人孔补强结构。在此基础上,利用ANSYS软件提供的参数化设计语言APDL编写了人孔补强结构设计的全自动化分析程序,并对4000 m3碳四球罐、2000 m3乙烯球罐及3000 m3丙烷球罐人孔补强结构进行了极限载荷分析与评定。
The integrated forging reinforcement was the preferred structure of reinforcement for manhole on spherical tank. Through the comparison of the results with many cases,a new structure of reinforcement for manhole made by steel plate was presented by means of the finite element of ANSYS structure analysis software. Based on it,an automatic analysis program written by ANSYS parametric design language for the reinforcement of manhole on spherical tank was performed. The limit loads of the manhole reinforcement for 4000 m3 C_4 spherical tank,2000 m3 ethylene spherical tank and 3000 m3 propylene spherical tank were obtained and evaluated.
