摘要
获得结构的极限承载能力,是结构极限分析的基本任务。利用三维弹塑性有限元技术,通过新的极限载荷确定方法—停机点法,对内压作用下含轴向内表面裂纹管道的极限载荷进行了系统的计算与分析。结果表明:无量纲极限内压(pB/p0)主要和裂纹深度与管道厚度比(A/T)、管道厚度与直径比(T/Do)有关,裂纹长度与管道直径比(L/Do)对其影响可以忽略。建立了含轴向内表面裂纹管道无量纲塑性极限内压数据库,可供缺陷管道安全评定时参考。
The basic task of the structural limit analysis is to calculate the structural bearihg capacity. Calculated the limit load for piping with axial inside surface crack under internal pressure with an elastic-plastic finite element method and a new estimation rule of limit load. The results indicate that the limit internal pressure in a nondimensional form (pB/po) has a relation with A/T and T/Do. pB/po is an insignificant effect of LIDo. The corresponding finite element solution database about the plastic limit internal pressure is then established, and the results are very useful for safety assessment of pipes with defects.
