儿科护理学课程中探究式教学法的应用研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨探究式教学法在儿科护理学教学中的应用效果。方法选取江苏卫生健康职业学院2016级助产专业两个班级123名学生为研究对象。一个班级设为对照组(61人),在儿科护理课程中采用传统教学法;一个班级设为改革组(62人),部分教学采用探究式教学法。比较两组学生期末考试成绩,问卷调查两组学生对教学效果的评价。结果两组学生期末理论考试客观题成绩比较,改革组分数高于对照组(32.17±5.47 vs 30.26±4.96),差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。在教学效果评价方面,改革组的学生对团队合作精神的培养、表达能力的提高和解决问题能力提高等方面满意度高于对照组学生(P<0. 05)。结论在儿科护理学课程教学中应用探究式教学法,不仅能提高学生的学习成绩,还能提高学生的表达能力,解决问题的能力及培养其团队合作精神。 Objective To explore the application of inquiry teaching method in the teaching of pediatricnursing. Methods One hundred and twenty-three students from the specialty of midwife in Grade 2016 wereselected for the study. In the pediatric nursing courses, the students in control group were taught by the traditionalteaching method, and the reform group adopted the inquiry teaching method. The scores of objective test questionsof the final exams between the two groups were compared to evaluate the effect of students teaching in two groupsby questionnaire survey. Results There was significant difference between the two groups in the final theoreticalexamination (P〈0.05). The students in the reform group believed that they were more satisfied with the trainingof team spirit, the ability to express themselves, and the ability of problem solving.Conclusions The applicationof inquiry teaching methods in the teaching of paediatric nursing courses can not only improve students’ academicperformance, but also improve their ability of problem solving and cultivation of team spirit.
