摘要
应用型本科大学英语课堂中教师的角色是影响大学英语课堂的重要因素,对大学英语教师角色的调查和分析对应用型本科大学英语教学效果起着至关重要的作用。然而,当前民办应用型本科大学英语教师所扮演的课堂角色与学生对教师的角色期待有着明显的差异。形成差异的因素主要包括教师的教育观念、专业素质、对学生期待的了解程度等。教师只有不断改变传统教学观念,提升自身专业化水平,在教学过程中关注学生情感因素,培养学生学习策略,才能减少教师实际教学行为与学生期待之间的差距,从而更好地促进英语教学。
In college English classroom in application-oriented universities, the role of teacher is an important factor that may influence the teaching effect. Making investigation and analysis on the role of college English teacher may have the crucial function for improving the teaching effect of college English in application-oriented universities. However, the classroom role that English teachers play currently in application -oriented private universities is obviously different from what the students expect of them. The factors for this gap mainly include the teachers ’ education ideas, their professional quality, and the extent to which the student’ expectation gets known etc. The teachers should continuously change their traditional teaching ideas,improve their own level in profession,pay attention to the emotional factor in teaching process,and cultivate the learning strategy of the students,thus the gap, which lies between the practical teaching behavior of the teacher and the expectation of the student, may be reduced ,and the effect of English teaching may be better promoted.
