摘要
辨证论治是中医的基本诊疗模式,充分体现了同病异治、异病同治、因人而异的个体化治疗理念,以宏观层面的证候为关注点,而在微观层面的精细化与量化上有所不足,精准医学在微观层面的优势正是辨证论治的有效补充。因此,文章以辨证论治为立足点,以精准医学为切入点,梳理了国内外的相关文献,采用类比-综合-分析的方法,从不同角度探讨了辨证论治与精准医学之间的差异,提出了辨证论治在整体宏观思维指导下,汲取精准医学微观层面的新技术、新方法与新理念,形成宏观与微观并重的辨证方法,实现方法学上的突破,从而开启中医精准辨证与精准论治的新模式。
Treating based on syndrome differentiation as the basic diagnosis and treatment mode of TCM fully embodies the concepts of treating same disease with different methods, treating different diseases with same method and individualized treatment different from person to person. It focuses on the macroscopic scale of syndrome, however, the lack of refinement and quantitative is filled by the precision medicine at the microscopic scale. Therefore, taking treatment based on syndrome differentiation as standpoint and precision medicine as entry point, in view of the domestic and foreign literature, the article explores the mainly difference between treating based on syndrome differentiation and precision medicine from a different perspective using the analogy-integration-analysis method. It was put forward that the treatment based on syndrome differentiation dependent on the macro thinking should take in new technology, new methods and new concepts of precision medicine at micro level to form the method of macroscopic and microscopic syndrome differentiation in order to bring about a methodological breakthrough, and thus open a new mode of accurate syndrome differentiation and treatment of TCM.
