摘要
新时期加快建立和完善社会养老服务体系,是我国经济社会发展的客观需求,同时也是应对人口老龄化挑战的紧迫要求。我国养老服务体系建设虽然取得了一定成效,但是仍存在诸多短板。针对我国当前养老服务体系建设中存在的诸多方面的问题,应结合宏观与微观层面,依托实际情况合理完善和优化宏观政策,统筹整体服务体系的建设;同时,在微观层面,结合现今社会老年群体对于养老服务的需求,建立和完善多样化养老服务供给体系。
In the new era, the objective conditions of our economy and society is required by speeding up and improving social elderly care service system, so as to deal with the challenge of population aging. Ahhough the building of pension service system in China has achieved some success, there are still many shortcomings. In view of the problems existing in the current phrase, we should integrate macro and micro levels, rationally improve and optimize macro-policies based on actual conditions, and coordinate the improvement of overall service system. At the same time, at the micro-level, we should combine the needs of the elderly groups for pension services in contemporary society to establish and optimize the supply system of diversified pension services .
