摘要
从痛风的生物标志物、中医证候的物质基础以及中医药对痛风的调控作用3个方面综述基于代谢组学技术的痛风代谢产物的研究进展,并进一步探讨痛风的发病机制和治疗方法。
This review summarized the research progress on metabolites of gout based on metabonomics technology from three aspects:the biomarkers of gout,the material basis of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and the regulatory effect of traditional Chinese medicine on gout,and the pathogenesis and treatment of gout were further explored.
