摘要
进入新时代,中华民族伟大复兴已经进入了从富起来到强起来的新阶段,高等教育强国建设已进入了从学术话语、局部政策全面上升为国家意志、国家战略的新阶段,高等教育发展也已进入了从搭建框架向整体施工转变的新阶段。在新起点上推进高等教育强国建设,要以破解发展不平衡不充分问题为基础,以提高国际竞争力为重点,把结构调整与制度创新、全面提高与重点建设、国际化引领与信息化驱动、推进实践创新与夯实理论支撑等有效地统一起来,全面提高高等教育服务国家战略的能力。
Entering a new era, the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation has entered a new stage from being rich to being strong. The construction of a powerful country in higher education has entered a new stage from academic discourse and partial policies to national will and national strategy. The reform and development of higher education has also entered a new stage from building framework to overall construction. Promoting the construction of a powerful country in higher education at a new starting point depend on the basis of solving the problem of insufficient and imbalanced development and focusing on improving international competitiveness, it is necessary to effectively integrate structural adjustment and institutional innovation, overall improvement and key construction, internationalization guidance and informationization drive, as well as practice innovation and theoretical support to comprehensively improve the ability of higher education to serve the national strategy.
